"Your appointment time is valuable to us. I want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment. To help us do this, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to reschedule. Each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, there is a 15 minute grace period the day of your appt. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appt will have to be rescheduled or you forfeit your deposit. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appt will result in loss of your deposit.
